Update on Club Activities in Response to COVID-19

As ever, the health and safety of our fellow Austin Aggie community remains our highest priority. As we continue to closely monitor the latest updates and guidance from the CDC, the state, and local health departments, we want to keep you informed of CCAMC's response to keep our community safe. Below is an update on upcoming events and what to expect.

Austin Aggie Happy Hours --> Cancelled. The club hosts monthly happy hours the last Wednesday of each month at various locations around Austin. These happy hours are cancelled until further notice.

Annual Maroon and White Wine Tasting --> Postponed. This wine tasting event was scheduled for April 2 at The Austin Club. We are postponing the event until later this year, so please check back once the CDC has cleared gatherings for ticket information.

Muster --> Postponed. Aggie Muster was scheduled for April 21 and is also postponed. Although we cannot physically be together on April 21, we are working on an alternative date to honor the Aggies we have lost over the most recent year.

Coach's Night --> Postponed. This is the largest event hosted by the club each year with the primary goal to raise funds for the scholarships we provide local students to attend Texas A&M. Sadly, this event is postponed until further notice. We are currently developing and planning alternative future events as additional fundraising mechanisms to continue providing scholarships for these amazing local students.

We encourage everyone to continue taking this situation seriously with the appropriate amount of caution through increased personal hygiene and social distancing. We look forward to resuming our social programming once safe. We couldn't do what we do without your continued support!

In the interim, please email us at atxcommunications@aggienetwork.com with event questions or feel free to update your membership here: https://www.austinags.org/memsub.html.
